Think of this as your “thank you” gift to honour the customers who are helping you build your business. It may cut into your profits slightly but the goodwill this kind of gift generates will far exceed any temporary pain in the profit margin area. Additionally, the word of mouth that is often generated by these happy customers may be the best list building endorsements you’ll ever come across.

Incentives and rewards each offer excellent reasons for satisfied customers to come back and do business with you again and again. There is no list building exercise that is more profitable for you or your list than offering free gifts. It makes perfect sense that this will also encourage your subscribes to make purchases too.
