Do you ever wonder if Bill Gates ever had a problem of overcoming shyness? As the chairman and co-founder of Microsoft, he has held many positions such as CEO. This position is well respected and responsible for motivating employees to be well rounded company team players. It is through his words that he has to get his employees to see his vision for taking the Microsoft Corporation into further greatness. This man has accomplished a lot of things within his life.

Do you ever think that he had a problem with being shy? Think about it.Computer savvy people are stereotyped as being computer nerds that hide behind their computers and only talk through their keyboards. It would be amazing to know if shyness ever kept Bill Gates from being successful.

Yes, Bill Gates is a very successful businessman. One would have to wonder if he ever had to get to a certain level of greatness before he was comfortable talking to others. Or, was he always able to provide motivation with his words of wisdom. Sometimes people aren’t born with the ability to be successful; they have to go through a personal growth in order to cultivate their natural gifts into greatness.

Did Bill Gates already possess theses gifts? Don’t think that you have to be born with knowing how to do everything. You have all of your life to learn how to become successful. Set your sights on what you want to do and take positive action to just do it.

Reach People

In order to be successful in business, you have to have a plan. First, you have to decide what type of business you want. If you are a shy person, maybe you should go into a business in which you don’t have to come into direct contact with too many people. Instead of overcoming shyness physically, work with what you have and begin working on your shyness by communicating with people online. Use what you already have been given.

If you are able to reach people with your words or thoughts, you can put them into a business that is computer related. This way you will never have to worry about your shyness hindering your plans for making money. You don’t have to be a vocal person to make money. You just have to be able to reach people and make them believe in your products and services.

New Technology

New technology has helped the business world greatly. Gone are the days in which you have to sell directly to your customers. The computer, fax machine and internet have greatly changed the way that people do business. No longer do you have to be intimidated with talking to people directly.

Success does not always depend on direct contact. This works out greatly for the person that is overcoming shyness. Although it would improve your personal development, you don’t have to be in some one’s face in order to get your point across. Technology has made it easier for the person that is overcoming shyness. Maybe Bill Gates was on to something and really did know it yet.
