Let’s take a look at the reasons why a large majority of less committed people gamble.
Some of the reasons may appear to sound quite fanciful, and not all apply to all gamblers. These are some of the main ones:
1) Greed - Easy unearned money has obvious attractions. It is a prime motive of gamblers from low income groups, with little skills and little education, who see gambling as the one route to wealth.
